This is a great secondment opportunity to provide project, administrative and communications support for the business transformational and exciting British Library Finance ERP system implementation project
You will have experience working in a programme / project environment or equivalent and be familiar with the concept of the ERP project lifecycle, with an understanding of project management methodologies
You will have excellent experience of administration using MS office tools in a project environment including MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as SharePoint for managing documents & files
In addition you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of taking meeting notes and producing clear and accurate minutes In addition you will have excellent communication both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients and external suppliers including producing reports and preparing and organising meetings and presentations.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and time management skills including the demonstrable ability to prioritise workload and conflicting time pressures. You can work both independently and as part of a team in an agile manner.
