The Management Information and Programme Coordinator will be responsible for keeping up robust systems to capture, monitor and report on the programme’s KPIs and ensuring that we comply with strict ERDF standards. The role will require a high level of skill in working with Excel, and will involve using MS-CRM and specialist database systems to capture data on individual SMEs/beneficiaries.
The role will be supporting the Project Manager in analysing results and producing reports on a regular basis. It will also involve providing day-to-day programme support, including helping to promote the programme externally and internally, setting up workshops, events and 1:1 meetings on behalf of service delivery partners and ensuring that the programme runs smoothly.
