M&E Services Manager

The M&E Services Manager will work within the estates team and will provide support in ensuring the outsourced service provider operates the engineering services to meet British Library’s objectives and demonstrates delivery of statutory compliance. In addition, the successful candidate must have good knowledge of M&E Systems.
As well as working collaboratively within the estates team and with other library departments, the successful candidate will also have working knowledge/ experience in BMS Operations and CAFM systems, and a good understanding of statutory requirements for building services. A minimum HNC in Engineering is required, along with clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
