The British Library is seeking to appoint a Project Lead to lead and project manage the British Library’s contribution to FREYA (Connected Open Identifiers for Discovery, Access and Use of Research Resources), a 36 month project with a budget of €5m funded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 programme. FREYA will iteratively extend a robust environment for a wide range of Persistent Identifiers (PIDs), as an essential component of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). The ideal candidate will have demonstrable project management experience, experience of collaborative projects, ideally including EC-funded projects, and proven partnership and relationship management skills.
