The Contemporary Politics & Public Life Department are seeking to recruit a Cataloguer to work on the Fulbright Archive. The post-holder will be responsible for sorting, appraising, cataloguing and preparing for use, storage and long term preservation this new acquisition in line with professional standards and agreed priorities.
You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject, have a professional archive qualification or substantial equivalent experience in a professional environment, and experience of archives and manuscript cataloguing to national and international standards using an online cataloguing system. An ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are also essential to the role.
