Employee Services Admin Manager
|Salary:||£23,250 per annum|
As part of a recent review of Employee Services (ES) we have created two new manager roles which will report into the ES Operations Manager.
The ES Admin Manager role will focus on the administration of the employee lifecycle and will need to have an understanding of the organisational, statutory and contractual landscape which shapes the Library’s approach to HR, such as recruitment.
This will include working as part of the management team who will unlock the potential of a functional rich fully integrated HR and Payroll solution, ensuring the systems support those processes which will enable accurate and efficient processing by reducing the manual interventions and improving the services and customerexperience. You will develop and manage against KPIs and SLAs which are fit for propose and which promotes a highly motivated team who can balance accuracy and timeliness.
You will be someone who is an experienced manager in a busy service delivery environment where accuracy and customer service is paramount. You will have a can do attitude and be passionate about your work, always looking for new ways to improve the operations; prioritise the teams’ activities and improve the customer experience. You will promote a right first time approach through building trust and reliability across your stakeholders and throughout the ES team.
