We have a Fixed Term opportunity to support the Apprenticeships Manager in the development and implementation of the Library’s apprenticeship and volunteer schemes by providing administrative and advocacy support, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, apprentices and volunteers.
This is a varied post that will see the successful candidate be first point of contact for general queries for both schemes and to impart information to and from stakeholders such as apprentices, volunteers, their supervisors and teams, Training Providers and other external stakeholders.
You will have demonstrable organisational and planning skills, a customer focused approach to work and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be able to stay calm under pressure and be able to present ideas clearly both formally and informally. You will also be a competent user of MS Office and be able to employ discretion and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers. A knowledge of Apprenticeship qualifications would standards would also be an advantage.
